Dispute Resolution Services seeks to provide students, faculty, and staff members with mediation training and mediation services for disputes. Mediation is a confidential process whereby two or more parties voluntarily meet to reach their own agreement with the assistance of a mediator. All members of the UCF community are encouraged to use this service when initial attempts to resolve a dispute fail. Students, faculty, and staff members in need of mediation services should contact the office at 823-3477 or visit UCF's Dispute Resolution Services. This service is appointment-preferred, but walk-ins are welcomed to initiate the process. Training for campus-wide mediation is available once per semester and is available to all members of the University community. Please contact the office if you are interested in receiving training to mediate at the University of Central Florida.
